Our program is different in a few ways. First off, unlike traditional daycare, our focus is geared towards movement and exercise. After the homework is done students have the opportunity to learn about the martial arts in a fun and social setting. They can also choose to participate in dance or a number of other activities that keep them active and moving throughout the day. We also focus on teaching them core values like respect, self-control, and discipline while giving them the opportunity to make new friends. And did we mention that the martial arts are included at no additional charge? Don’t go to copy cats trying to do what we do, come and experience the Fusion difference for yourself!
We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to bullying at Fusion Elite Performance Training Center in Rocklin. Our team of amazing leaders are always there to encourage daily acts of kindness, help the kids build good buddy bonds and to be examples of excellence for the kids to model.
Yes, with our “no one left out” policy, kids get a chance to meet and play with kids from different schools and of different ages. They often times end up making good friends with kids they may never have had the chance to meet.

Most definitely a positive attitude and a smile! Students should always come prepared to play full out! Make sure you wear comfortable clothes you can do sport in! And remember to bring your uniform or leotard for martial arts or dance! Not really suitable to practice kicks in a skirt.😳
Be sure to bring plenty of water bottle as we plan to see you smiling, sweating and learning! Most students are grinning from ear to ear by the end of the day and I am sure you will be too!
